Energy transformation through the implementation of electricity generation and the creation of digital customer networks
The energy sector is undergoing a rather radical transformation - new technological solutions are emerging, more industrial sectors are converging, and consumers are being formed with new, more demanding expectations. At the same time, governments encourage energy producers to shift their interest to renewable energy sources as well as modernization or digitalization of infrastructure through setting up of smart networks that bring new opportunities. Drivers of change, i.e., companies that are a disruptive factor in the market, appear in two areas of the energy supply chain: electricity generation and customer supply.
Utility of the Future is one characterized by innovation, inclusion, market and customer orientation and resilience
Utility of the future
Utility of the future focuses on both sides of the energy equation. Several projects in the entire energy supply chain are being developed. We are involved in the process of establishing a portfolio of cogeneration plants by building the first unit which is currently at an early stage of progress. On the other hand, we are also focused on the offer, i.e., establishing a customer base to which we will offer service on digital platforms that put the customer at the center through a complete insight into all elements of consumption in real-time and the possibility of establishing open dialog.
A2V currently has stakes in 4 electricity generation projects in its portfolio

Dynamis-Zaprešić is a 5 MW biomass cogeneration unit that is currently in the early stages of construction in the town of Zaprešić;
5MW biomass cogeneration unit in the process of obtaining permits in the city of Zaprešić;
Two 5 MW biomass units in development in the town of Velika Gorica.
Electricity generation projects, accompanied by distribution network planning. The planning of such a network with all the accompanying infrastructure for the area of the town of Zaprešić is in progress, and a business model for a utility program for new participants is being developed in parallel.
• Utility of the future acts as a holding company and manages each project as a separate legal entity.
• The projects involve a number of strategic partners, owners of technological innovations, energy producers, companies that develop the digital network and the like.
• Utility of the future has financing agreements that will provide financing for all four mentioned power plants, a heating network for two projects from Zaprešić and a utility company.
